I waited for close to 15 minutes in line for 3 cars ahead of mr, when I did get to the window staff were standing around talking rather than making drinks to expedite a long line. Would not recommend this location. Staff were completely disorganized.

Really good pumpkin Carmel brûlée freeze it’s definitely on the sweeter side but I added an extra shot and that helped!

It used to be much better.It seems as though paying attention to flavoring being in the drink is just too much to do.It's not hard to see that crew members that care are not working there.Gonna head over to The Human Bean.Really good fresh milk and a wonderful coffee bean too top of my drink.They flavor the drink and don't load it down with ice.I've been with dutch bros since the beginning in 1992.Dutch bros has seen my last dollar.

I like the coffee, it's pretty good. What drove me to leave a review is that (not always) at times the barista will just take a tip automatically. I'm willing to tip, it just sometimes won't come up. Then later when checking my bank account there is an extra dollar or two added. Again, it's not the amount, it's the idea that someone took my money without asking. Makes it harder and harder to be a return customer.
