Today i had a really bad day. Was looking forward to getting my dutch! Got there, amazing service! Amazing people and beautiful smiles. Well I got my kicker, fav drink! Blended with soft top through the drink! Barely got out the car and it just slipped out of my hands. I wanted to cry. Just so sad! Wanted my drink! I got bavk into my car and went back. I explained to them what happened. She didnt aske me any questions, she was super sweet, and remade my drink.! One happy happy...
I recently moved to Vancouver and this has become my go to coffee place. I have always been a Starbucks girl but am now a proud Dutch Bros Coffee girl. The staff is super friendly. Sometimes in the morning before coffee it's hard to have the conversations but they are so positive and upbeat and make great coffee!

Went the other day, depressed, just out of the hospital, from random leg paralysis and missing my dogs. My person, so sweet, sincerely cared and allowed me to whine/vent a bit. I have no family or friends near me, it was just so nice and kind. Kindness is free. They are wonderful.
