The last few times we stopped by they can't get the order right, the last time I complained and they acted like it was my fault they got it wrong ?

Servers seem more busy here than at other locations. They still have that overall almost sickly sweet "Dutch customer service" even when it's a large line. Although, they sometime forget a topping on my drinks, especially if I order more than 1. I wish they would implement an online order system since I regularly buy multiple drinks at once and that would be easier for me.

I’ve been a long time customer and I LOVE this location which makes me really sad to put a 1 star for customer service ONLY because I ordered 2 large iced rebels yesterday morning and this morning I saw I was charged $19.50 for them. I have preferred tip on, it’s set for %20. I looked up the price of a large rebel and it’s ~$6 which means the person who served me willingly changed the tip amount to the max without my consent ??I never thought I’d get bamboozled like this, definitely won’t be back because of the loss of trust.Other than this, location is great, however I cannot recommend any longer.

The vibes here are awesome. Super friendly staff, swing chairs, up beat music, good all around. Not great if you're looking for quiet/chill/low key on a Saturday morning, but still recommend!
I hate tipping culture. To take my order in a lineup outside you shouldn’t be asking me for a tip, your employers should just pay you better.

I had no issues with this dutch up until August 30th. I was told by the worker who was outside that my transaction was approved and they'd get my drink at the window. I got to the window and was told i still owe 6.47. And i told them i didnt. I showed the bank statement and the manager argued and said wrll its still pending itll drop off. Its a prepaid card. If the transaction fails my money gets put right back. I also have the screenshot showing i got my points for paying for my drink. And i showed her that and she proceded to argue and say i have to pay still. Why should i have to pay TWICE?!. When my bank posts the transaction I will be emailing [email protected] about this. This was my previous review. And I had all 5 stars. But the service is gonna have to be bumped down to a 2 star. Things need to start changing before I consider coming back to this one and I'm a regular here. So the regulars I see I'll miss, but I can't do the disrespect from the non regulars. Love this Dutch. Especially the swings inside. I'm autistic. So I come inside most times to order and I get to stim on the swing. Stimming is where I do repetitive things that relax me.
