So.... I've tried Dutch Bros in unde the past but haven't stuck with them. I kept going back to my other favorite. However, my grandson kept asking to go there after school so I finally relented and I'm happy to say I'm now exclusively going to Dutch Bros. The guest service is amazing! The drinks are amazing. And ..... now it doesn't cost me $75 to earn a free drink!!!! Thank you Dutch Bros!🌟
This is my favorite location!! Great friendly Service, coffee orders are always spot on. 😊

The customer service has that overall almost sickly sweet "Dutch customer service" vibe. While sometimes they may forget a topping or seem more busy, an online order system suggestion has been made for convenience. The staff are always friendly, and customers often leave tips for them. The location has a lobby with a bar area, couches, and tables for working or relaxing. However, one customer had a poor experience with service and issues with their order that were not resolved, and they do not plan to return to that location soon.
