The sushi is ok but one of the waitresses that works there is almost always on her phone. You have to try really hard to get her attention just to ask for water. But she has no problem speaking LOUDLY to her coworkers from across the room and right next to customers. I’m all for tipping good service but this was not worth it at all.
This is my favorite sushi train in Vancouver/Portland! The workers are always polite and greet me at the entrance, I like the ability to choose my own seat. I like coming in the morning when they are making all the sushi, it tastes very fresh and good. My favorite is the dynamite roll, it’s delicious. They always have ramune and jelly and fruits as well. The workers come to ask how we are doing. I will always keep coming back as long as they are open!!
Great place to stop and eat.

Sushi Factory is a cozy and quieter alternative to the mall location, with fewer people. The food is fresh, tasty, and well-seasoned, catering to dietary restrictions like vegetarian and gluten-free options. Parking is accessible, including handicap spaces. The restaurant offers a unique dining experience with a conveyor belt system for sushi selection. Prices have increased. The staff are very nice. The process to order online is super easy. The food is quite good, the salmon nigiri was very fresh and there's quite a selection of sushi rolls. Service was good and the restaurant seemed clean.
