So many flavors. Its been a couple years, think the price kept me away. But I remembered it instantly once tasting. Everything was very tasty. Chicken fried rice could have been bigger and had more CHICKEN in it. But other than that Everything was GREAT. Friendly service as well. Delicious!
Ive been here plenty of times, and I will be coming back! They definitely put too much ice in their boba but I would recommend there currys, their pho and 10/10 recommend their ramen curry!!

We've been here twice for quick meals, and we've been super disappointed twice. Everything costs way too much. If it were delicious, it would still be pricey for what it is, but it's okay at best. And the rolls are just shockingly expensive.
We're not giving this place another chance.

They have a vegan menu that’s super easy to choose from 🌱 I really like their Pad See Ew, but it’s a bit pricey for the portion 🍜 I love the taro!! You can choose veggies or taro, and I got taro 💜 It’s crispy and sweet! If the price was better, I’d definitely get it more often 😋✨

The pad see ew had beef that was strangely thin-sliced like deli meat, and there were slivers of bone mixed in. The dinner portions were also small for all of our dishes. The staff was friendly and attentive.

I was busy all day and didnt eat any thing and it was getting late.. I was craving some tofu fresh rolls ; so I did a search for the best fresh rolls in Vancouver Ei8ht noodles was one of the frist places to pop up. After looking at the photos of they're fresh rolls and seeing how good they looked i hopped in my car and drove over there.
What a disappointment. Frist the fresh rolls look nothing like the photos on Google. They turned out very skimpy and small and not at all what I was expecting. As you see in my photos.
But what is just as bad if not worse is being over charged.... the menu says $10 for salad rolls i ordered two orders. When I went to pay I was unpleasantly surprised at the price $25.66. I asked the attendant and she pointed at the taxes... but i said it still shouldn't be that much money. She again pointed at the receipt saying the taxes. And I didnt look closely at that moment to see what they charged me was $11.75 for tofu fresh rolls. Unbelievable. Update your menu. It's completely unfair and unethical to false advertise one price and then charge a higher price.
Never again..... if the tofu fresh rolls were super good like I was expecting I wouldn't be half as irritated. But they wer not, they were small and didnt have much in them. See my photos.
Waste of gas and a 18 minute drive.

The side order of lemongrass was shredded, served in a tiny condiment cup and toasted kind of like shredded wheat. The server didn't know what sweet and sour flavor is. I paid a lot more for Thai Boat Noodle Soup but it was the same as Pho only higher priced. Pho is Vietnamese, not Thai. This is not the quick noodle shop it appears to be, but a full service restaurant with a large menu. The lady who took my order balked when I said #36. As if it wasn't her job to look it up. The to-go menu was very hard to read and resembled an expensive brochure. They cooked fine and it was healthy. But the to-go order of hot soup was packed in a thick, plastic container that probably leaches forever chemicals. A food grade waxed paper one would be healthier.

I took my seven-year-old niece, here because she wanted Chinese. I didn’t know the difference between Chinese and Thai. I just knew that she did not think panda express was an acceptable option. Our server was friendly and funny. (my niece thought she was beautiful and looked like a princess) The food was so good that my niece said it was the best day ever and that she could just live there because the food was so good! Everyone knows how picky kids can be… I feel like for a place to get such rave reviews from a seven-year-old. It definitely deserves 6 out of 5 (yes that’s 5+1) stars.

Hey everyone!
We just had a fantastic meal at Ei8ht Noodles in Vancouver, Washington and we were really impressed!
We ordered the strawberry mango milk tea, duck noodles, and for dessert, a delicious sticky rice with ice cream and mango. Every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The noodles were perfectly cooked, the tea was refreshing, and the dessert was the perfect sweet finish.
The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. And the restaurant itself is super clean and cozy, which made the whole experience even better. If you're in the area, definitely check this place out amazing food, great service, and a comfortable atmosphere.
