Hey everyone!
We just had a fantastic meal at Ei8ht Noodles in Vancouver, Washington and we were really impressed!
We ordered the strawberry mango milk tea, duck noodles, and for dessert, a delicious sticky rice with ice cream and mango. Every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The noodles were perfectly cooked, the tea was refreshing, and the dessert was the perfect sweet finish.
The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. And the restaurant itself is super clean and cozy, which made the whole experience even better. If you're in the area, definitely check this place out amazing food, great service, and a comfortable atmosphere.

My husband’s vermicelli salad was good although he didn’t like take out container. My banh mi was horrible. Bread was soggy and had lettuce and tomato. Where’s the daikon radish and pate? Not a true banh mi.

We ordered rice noodles because my wife is celiac. They delivered gluten full noodles and would not correct the order. Be careful here if you have allergies.

First time trying this place since they took over Bamboo Hut. I was so happy to see that they kept the Saigon rolls on the menu. We also ordered the duck fried rice and that was amazing! The banh mi on the other hand was a 👎. It was more like a sub sandwich with lettuce, tomato and BBQ pork (some kind of sweet drizzle on the pork). There was no pate either. A traditional banh mi sandwich has pickled veggies (not shredded lettuce and tomatoes), cucumber, liver pate, cilantro and jalapeño slices. We will go back to try a few more dishes, but will stick to our “go to” place for banh mi sandwiches. Service was excellent😌
Been there for lunch and dinner. Great size portions reasonably priced. The broth for the Pho is one of the best for the SW area, and their fresh rolls and crispy rolls always taste amazing. Several of their other plates are just as good. Been going there for years. Recently moved out of state and haven't found any restaurant to be as good with options, taste and reasonably priced. The service was always quick and friendly, even when busy.

Peaceful atmosphere
Friendly staff and excellent food. I had the shrimp salad rolls. Best peanut sauce I've ever had. It made the salad rolls a delightful experience. The beef Pho was good, too. My only suggestion is to slice the jalapeno peppers smaller. I love jalapeno peppers, but large chunks are overwhelming.
They have great food
A very clean and well staffed restaurant! Friendly. We stepped away from our usual vegetarian main dishes here and tried the appetizer, steamed tofu buns and sticky rice for dessert. The buns were cute and fun for one time. Tasty tofu with just a dab of sauce. The mango sticky rice was super hot and tasted wonderful. The mango was small compared to other restaurants we’ve been to, but the taste and purple color were really authentic!
Pretty darned good. Our group decided to go two nights in a row. Of notice are Son-in-law Eggs, steamed dumplings, ramen and many of the Thai dishes. I would skip the teriyaki if you are looking for Seattle style - it wasn't grilled.
Given the locale, I would say this is a place to consider if you're looking for ramen or dumplings.
