My husband’s vermicelli salad was good although he didn’t like take out container. My banh mi was horrible. Bread was soggy and had lettuce and tomato. Where’s the daikon radish and pate? Not a true banh mi.
First time trying this place since they took over Bamboo Hut. I was so happy to see that they kept the Saigon rolls on the menu. We also ordered the duck fried rice and that was amazing! The banh mi on the other hand was a 👎. It was more like a sub sandwich with lettuce, tomato and BBQ pork (some kind of sweet drizzle on the pork). There was no pate either. A traditional banh mi sandwich has pickled veggies (not shredded lettuce and tomatoes), cucumber, liver pate, cilantro...

We just had a fantastic meal at Ei8ht Noodles in Vancouver, Washington and we were really impressed!
We ordered the strawberry mango milk tea, duck noodles, and for dessert, a delicious sticky rice with ice cream and mango. Every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The noodles were perfectly cooked, the tea was refreshing, and the dessert was the perfect sweet finish.
