El Jefe has some of the best breakfast burritos I’ve ever had, and I’ve probably had thousands! I like the PDX burrito the best - it has crispy hashbrowns, steak and bacon. The medium salsa has a nice smoky flavor to it!
They are also known for their birria, which is also delicious! 😋

I come here occassionally and I don’t feel like my order is too difficult but they’ve gotten it wrong quite a few times. I came today and ordered a veggie burrito with no sour cream and add avocado, i was happy with the avocado but every single bite had an excessively large amount of sour cream. It happens but cmon man it’s happened a few times

I have been looking for good Birria locally... and I found some! Absolutely delicious! I went to El Jefe and ordered the QuesaBirria (basically a birria quesadilla). Best I have had in quite a while... and service was good too. The spicy Avocado salsa was also wonderful, really enhanced the flavor!
