The team here is super helpful and courteous. I did an online order but sent it to the wrong location. Rather than me having to drive another 20 minutes for my meal, the team was able to fill my order so I could head back home and feed the family without delay. Thank You!The food at Firehouse is always great! I love the breads and the variety, my favorite sandwich being the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar. Everything is always fresh and flavorful and the hot sandwiches are served hot.The only critique I have for this location is cleanliness. The tables are always sticky, the floors dirty, and the soda machine is questionable.

My family and I stopped in for dinner tonight and all six of the workers were too busy talking and 'hanging out' to realize they dropped our slip on the floor and didn't make our three sandwiches. We were the only guests for this entire time. When I asked the manager I was told "whoops" and said it will be a few more minutes. I requested my money back and was told it will take TWO WEEKS. What a joke, we sat there for 30+ minutes and paid just under $50 bucks for three sandwiches....Not happy

Sometimes you get exceptional sandwiches and some times your sandwich is warm and cold in the middle. In response to the reply. I tried your link and it sends me in a circle. So here are some details for you. Most times we eat at this location the tables are dirty.I ordered a sandwich one visit and the outside meaning the bread was warm but the middle, the meat was cold. On another occasion I ordered a meat ball sub. I added lettuce and tomatoes to the sub. The employee making my sub put the lettuce on my sub and cooked it. Pretty gross. I had wilted lettuce on my sub. Another time I went in I ordered the sub with pastrami and it was hot all the way thru.Point is there is no consistency. My family likes coming here. But for the price, the food needs to be good.Service is subpar. No one really greats you, except sometimes the employees making sandwiches. When you enter to order the cashiers just stands there looking at you. Not very friendly.Also. My kids play soccer at Harmony and most days we are coming in from a soccer game. I see so many other families coming from soccer while I am in your establishment. My question is why doesn't Firehouse Subs return the support from the community. Wendy's, Chick-fil-a, Sonic, MOD and Menchie's have all come out and given the kids coupons for a free sandwich or ice cream etc. If Firehouse give out small sub coupons to the kids it would draw so much business your way and the community would appreciate the little tokens of kindness.

I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich and it was cold in the center. Unfortunately I was just on a work lunch break so I didn’t have time to ask them to redo. I came in right at 10:30a (when they open) on a Friday so maybe the kitchen wasn’t fully fired up yet? Disappointed, they’re supposed to specialize in hot subs!$18 down the drain - won’t be back.

Slowest sub makers in the biz.... dine in. 30 mins to get one sandwich made. 3 employees milling around and 2 actively making sandwiches. Not worth it. Won't be back.

I've been going to this firehouse for many years, and the service has never been great. But, nothing compares to the horrible service now. No one is friendly, workers are wearing earbuds completely unresponsive to customers or the fact that customers are even there, and today I was greeted at the door by them telling me it's going to be 25 minutes to get a simple sandwich. Luckily, I had ordered online and my sandwich was excellent. I really felt they just wanted people to go away. They looked disappointed when a customer decided to wait the 25 minutes.

First time in and I will be back! The staff was friendly funny and quick. I got the brisket cheese sandwich and it's soooo good. The bread is the best I have had, the sandwich was outstanding. Drink selection is very good also.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Been coming to this Firehouse Subs location for a few years now and through the years they have maintained good customer service. They have also never messed up my order and make it extremely fast (5-10 mins). I personally love the pastrami sub.
