Staff are welcoming. You’re greeted with a smile as soon as you walk in and they immediately assist you. I’ve ordered the tuna sandwich a couple of times, and it’s pretty good BUT it’s just so wet. I asked the cashier if they can make it less mayo or squeeze out the tuna & he said no. I’ve been told by my coworkers that the tuna is too wet and soggy but I thought they were just exaggerating, but they weren’t.

I placed a large catering order for a next day work meeting. Everything on the order was correct and fresh and it was ready when I got there! Everywhere else I’ve ordered from in the past never ready on time and always missing something. The team at this location, knocked it out of the park!

What a mixed experience. I had never been to a Firehouse Subs before and went due to their GF option. I was the only person in the place at first. One person walked in behind me. I ordered and everyone was very polite. Then I waited and waited and waited. They had 3 people making sandwiches and over the course of the next 15 minutes there were a total of 4 people that had walked in, including me. The sandwich makers were pleasant and talking to each other the entire time, often...
