Five Guys in Vancouver

“It has been quite a while since I’ve been to five guys, but I was in the mood for a great hamburger and a friend said let’s go to five guys, so we did. Well I have to say that I will make sure I don’t wait so long to get back there again, because that was a great lunch! And they give you so many fries, even for the small order. So, I highly recommend this particular location. The people were friendly, the food was fresh and fantastic, and it was just exactly what I wanted. There’s nothing like a good hamburger, so give this place a try. I suspect you will be glad that you did.“

“NOTE TO STORE OWNER - This Zach guy is a tank. If he isn't a manager, make him one. If he's already a manager, give him your job as store owner or district manager.

He was running this place by himself (we must have come in at shift change and/or break time) and absolutely crushed every part of customer service, grill, and execution of an amazing product.

His personality was fantastic, the food he made us was fantastic, and the speed in which he handled our orders (3x of them) was fantastic.

I will be back to your location specifically because of him and the quality he brings to the table.

Do not lose this young man as an employee; he's a rare one.“

“Great place for a quick burger. They start you out with complementary peanuts which is a fun touch. I enjoyed the lettuce wrap Cheeseburger, it's messy but you can pretend you're eating healthy. Wait time is slightly linger than at other short order shops but you know your burger is made fresh, not lingering on a warming table.“

“Listen, I’m a Burger Man, and I have had Burgers from across the country now, this is the best Burger spot I’ve tasted in Washington! I had a bacon cheeseburger all the way minus mustard and pickles, I was droolin while I was eatin that beautifully messy burger; but hey, I kept that sumummabich together til about half 🤷🏾‍♂️😎.
And I got my food quickly, mainly I believe, because of the outstanding service and attention-to-detail displayed by Kelly. She was THE most pleasant person I have experienced in years!! She seemed to care greatly that my Daughter and I had a great first experience with Five Guys. The food was outstanding, however she will be a huge reason I plan to return to your establishment. For God’s Sake, she read my Daughter like a book; My Daughter asked Kelly to choose what she would enjoy, since she can never make up her mind. Needless to say, Kelly helped put a huge smile on my Daughter’s face….that girl loved every bit of what she consumed. It is my hope that Kelly is treated with the courtesy and kindness she deserves inside the walls of Five Guys, because to do otherwise would be a complete disrespect to the caliber Woman I believe Kelly to be (I’m willing to never return to that particular site if I ever found out she was treated badly…I mean that).
In all, the people of Van Mall Five Guys has done exemplary work in providing my Daughter and I THE best first-time experience with any restaurant in any state, Ever, and I commend their strong efforts.“
