Simple but delicious menu, a perfect place for a quick burger and shack. Has a touch of 1960's feel to it. A must try for everyone

This place is really slow. I ordered online. Today it said it would be ready in 6-11 minutes. I waited 25. They hadn’t even started it. The same thing happened the last two times. And I’m always the only one in there. It’s not like they’re busy.

Awful overcooked unseasoned burger with undercooked 'grilled' onions and mushrooms. Bacon was absolutely tasteless. Burger bun was so soaked it fell apart and was mushy and gummy. The fries were not bad but that is as good as I can say. I hear people love this place, but I can't see why, and I will not be back to give them another chance when you can pay less and get better food at a ton of places.

Ordered a burger with lots of toppings on it and was eating in my car. They only provided one napkin so I asked for another one. When I asked it the girl at the counter glared at me, wouldn’t help me at first, which prompted me to ask again, and she went and got her manager, who mean mugged me and then gave me just one more napkin. What kind of service is this? You guys are hostile. For zero reason. I’ll never eat at a Five Guys again.

Great same flavor as at all locations. Friendly service but can get busy which makes it a little bit of a wait during lunch time.

For a restaurant that hypes itself up so much, the bread choice ruins it. On both hamburgers and dogs, they use seemingly the cheapest, whitest, flimsiest bread. It's what I expect from backyard bbqs with great value brand ingredients, not a relatively expensive restaurant. If you put any wet ingredients on your burger, the bread disintegrates. McDonalds has better bread than this.

You know it's pretty sad when you ask somebody to make a burger specific the way you want it and not smash it the way they do the burgers and they do it anyway and then look at you and just smile that's not

Great burger and fries. Only place that has orange-vanilla Coke too! Easy, tasty dinner after a hard day of work.
