Food is good, customer service is usually pretty good. Expensive though and only 3 stars for atmosphere because their speakers are blown and have been blown for at least FIVE years and sound terrible. Either replace them or don't play music.
The staff at this five guys is top notch. Food was hot and fresh and ready to go as ordered. When i realized we had forgotten to order a milkshake Matt and his crew had one made quick. Can't say enough good things about the staff.
I have gone to this location plenty of times but my interaction with Kurtis is what stood out to me the most! Right when I opened the door to go in, he was very welcoming right off the bat. His energy is super positive, very vibrant through out the building. He makes sure that you have a good experience, lots of eye contact when taking your order, very friendly to everybody. I hope five guys sees Kurtis’s great work ethnic and the great leader he is. Thank you Kurtis!
