I really love the fact that you can go in there be greeted within 30 seconds if not right off the bat I've got a good attitude and they're very courteous and suggest different food items and if you're not sure they help you figure it out they're very good people there!
The front of house was dirty, tables and floors, trash was full to the top. My fries weren't as good as normal, seemed over cooked. My burger was as I ordered, so it was acceptable...over all disappointed in my visit and during the 30 to 40 minutes of my visit..no one did any cleaning! Left a lot to be desired
Staff not overly friendly or smiling, maybe just a bad day..
Food is good, customer service is usually pretty good. Expensive though and only 3 stars for atmosphere because their speakers are blown and have been blown for at least FIVE years and sound terrible. Either replace them or don't play music.
