Went there this morning, the place was nearly empty, and after 10 minutes of waiting went to the bar and asked the bartender if any wait staff was working. She said she was the waitress and was making drinks and would be with us shortly. After waiting 5-7 more minutes she came over to our table and said (straight away) that I had not waited "that long".
