on my most recent visit i got the salmon skin hand roll (10/10) , squid salad (10/10) , seared salmon nigiri (10/10)
the salmon skin is the best ive tried , the roll has a good amount of the salmon skin , also i love that it was separated enough so i could try it on its own , if you've never tried it , i highly reccommened it
squid salad is DELICIOUS, this is the first time trying it and my expectations...

Hokkaido Sushi is a solid little sushi spot in central Vancouver.
Cold February night, we decided we needed some sushi. The downtown places can be hit-or-miss so we thought we'd try something new. We stumbled upon Hokkaido on Yelp and decided to give it a try.
Greeted immediately, friendly staff, nice ambiance, no complaints there.
4-stars simply comes from the lack of a bar. Good sushi deserves a good martini. That...
