I put in a pick up order for 12:30 at 11:15 for my upcoming lunch break. Walk into the restaurant around 12:33 and was greeted. The server went to take an order at another table, there were a total of 3 occupied tables in the restaurant, everyone already had food.

Tell him I have a pick up order and he disappears for about 7 minutes, comes back and tells me they're making fresh fries, which is server speak for "the kitchen dropped the ball".

Another 5 minutes goes by and he hands me my order. Fries were hot and fresh, but totally undercooked and soggy. My cold salad was placed on top of the hot fries in the bag, which to me is not okay.

Been here almost once a month and bring the kids. Great food options and beers. Even a safe play area for the kids. We go out of our way to go there.

We walked in on a Saturday afternoon and sat in the bar. It has a modern industrial esthetic I felt right at home. We were greeted quickly and served quickly with a laid back attitude I greatly appreciated. The pretzel was not what we expected but it was good, and even better baked in the air fryer the next day. We had a barbeque pizza and the seasonal cranberry burger along with an IPA and cider. The prices were very fair and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend it!

Not good but not terrible. The food tasted great, but it was lukewarm. We weren’t offered refills, the server checked on us once but never stopped. Like kept walking while asking if we were doing good. When I asked for a refill in a to go cup, the server looked annoyed.

The happy hour food was good and reasonably priced, it would’ve been better if it was hot. The specialty burger was over priced, and not great. I love that they are dog friendly and had a play area. I would come back for happy hour, hopefully the service will be better next time and the food will be hot.

My wife and I have been coming to Hub for 3 years now. We used to love it and would give it a 5 star. The burgers WERE awesome, the beer was good... but then they installed the axe throwing up stairs which is so loud, we can't hardly talk. Ok, so that dropped some stars for me, I go to a pub to try their Burger and Beer, not hear loud metal clinking and shouting. But I digress...

The burgers used to be fresh and amazing and you could ask for them cooked to order, but the past 3 times we have gone, I'm pretty sure the burger meat is no longer fresh and is from frozen patties. That is a huge drag, they used to be yummy, juicy, and full of flavor. Now I order a medium cooked burger (some pink) and it comes out well done and tasting like a frozen patty... sad... Another loss of stars.

Last is the service. Still the best bit of the pub, but we used to know our servers and they were super friendly. Now when we go their, it seems process driven. They sit you wherever, take your order, but can't actually place it the way you ask for it, and then we are all the way done eating our well done burgers, fries, and beer before they come ask how it is.

I'm bummed because I used to say this was the best place to eat a good burger, but anymore... Carl's Jr. Is better. It's a real bummer. If you're going to charge $18 for a burger... Deliver an $18 burger, not a $7 burger.

Will give them another try in the future, but I'm not raving about them like I used to.
