The only thing I'm sad about is that I haven't tried this place sooner! This is such a cool little spot! I stopped here today for a quick coffee. Beautiful atmosphere, super relaxing - the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Prices were great, $10 for a medium hot breve (with a syrup) and this absolutely UNIT of an almond croissant. Both delicious. Highly recommend and will gladly return.

I love this place so much! The gals are friendly and make delicious coffee. My favorite dish is the farmer's cake with sour cream and raspberry jam. Delicious, hearty, midday treat! And when my son and I need a warm, comfy home away from home to work on school work, this is the place we go!

I stopped by Vancouver Hosta Coffee after picking up a race packet and what a treat! It’s a cozy little spot filled with lots of plants (my favorite!), giving it a warm and inviting vibe. The seating is a mix of couches and tables, making it a perfect place to relax.
One side is the coffee shop, and the other side feels like a small European-style grocery store, which makes the whole space feel unique and charming. I highly recommend stopping by and don’t forget to try the cake and pastries! Just a note: there are no gluten-free options, but everything looked delicious
There were definitely a lot of ups and downs during my visit to this cafe. First off I have to say that the food was amazing, the salmon toast was delicious! But the latte, not cappuccino, had way too much foam on it and tasted burnt, I don't know if someone was training or new, so I'm not too picky about that. All though me and my friend had a not so great customer experience. So when we got there, the coffee shop was open, and they didn't have any sign up that they were closed. The lights were on, and it looked open, but there were no employees. So we waited for a few minutes, rung the bell and all, but no one came. We noticed how two ladies came from outside and entered the cafe. They completely ignored us and were talking to each other as if we were invisible. Until one of them finally asked us what we wanted to order, and never apologized for the wait. Maybe there are new baristas there now, so I think you should still give it a go, but don't be surprised if something like this happens.

I used to live right next to this spot so I used to go all the time. Now that I moved back from Portland, I’m excited that I get to go here consistently again. Food is always fresh, and the atmosphere is always calming. It’s perfect for studying or getting work done, or perhaps just having a relaxing morning. I really like the deli that it’s attached to, as they have so many incredible options to choose from, especially in the bakery department! Big fan of their crêpes but this time I chose to get one of their sandwiches and I was seriously impressed!
