I have gotten takeout twice in the last month from here and although I have no problems with the food, they keep getting my order wrong. The last time I asked for noodles, I got rice. This time it was supposed to be noodles without veggies, it was full of veggies. When I have arrived after calling in my order, the bag is of course tied up, and I guess I cannot just have faith it is right. I just don't get it, it really is not that difficult people! It's really not excusable and for $55 dollars, it just kind of makes it even worse. I think it is going to be a long time before I think about spending any money here again.

they messed up and didnt make my order so 35 min later, got my food and ended up w the TOUGHEST CHICKEN FAJITAS EVER. with rice. and a hurtin stomach off 5 pieces. so annoyed it isn't even worth taking it back and wasting more of my time. if u want actual teriyaki, go anywhere else. if u would like a fajita plate of tough ass chicken. how do they stay open?...

This tiny little teriyaki place has a lot to offer. Generous portions and delicious food. The staff is very helpful and kind. Highly recommend. The yakisoba was decent, but the Bipimbop (with the Bipimbop sauce!) was fantastic! The pork and chicken plate is easily sharable.
Love the salad rolls , only Ichi making those . Poor new employee was overwhelmed. The place needs freshening, maybe a fresh coat of paint.

Of all the Ichi Teriyaki's, this has to be my favorite. The decoration is really cool and the atmosphere is good . The food was fantastic, and it is a good value meal, getting a large portion for a good price. Finally I was treated by some wonderful customer service by the hostess on the night. Very friendly and made sure I had everything I needed, coming in clutch with the sauces.
We got take out and the food is good. It was the customer service that will keep me from coming back anytime soon. The kid working the front counter wasn't very helpful and was just going thru the motions.

The food is delicious if you like Hawaiian BBQ plate lunch type food. I enjoy their complementary egg flower soup when you dine in. The portion sizes are good too. The prices have just gone up significantly which is my only complaint.
Vegetarian options: They can substitute some items with vegetables but I definitely wouldn't consider this a vegetarian menu.
Parking: There is plenty of parking but not all of it is right by the entrance. The spaces closes to the entrance are a little tight and a couple of spots are slanted awkwardly. So unless I get the good parking up front, I often prefer parking further away for better spot.
Kid-friendliness: There are plenty of tables and chairs. We have taken our kids before, but I wouldn't recommend it for toddlers, and it is a bit pricey to take the whole family. If you have the kids share or get mini plates, it would be more affordable.
