very cold and plain atmosphere customer service was okay food was good I've eaten at other branches of this place it all seems consistent within restaurants. Love their teriyaki sauce
I ordered the General Tso's chicken. Maybe it should be called Private Tso's chicken. Terrible sauce, unpleasant chicken. Service was great, very kind, helpful lady. I should have known when I walked in and it was completely empty at lunch time. Restaurant was clean and orderly. Food was awful. I won't go back to that one. The other Ichi's have been good.
This is our favorite Ichi location in Vancouver. We usually call in a to-go order, which is convenient, and the service is prompt. The portions are worth the price and taste authentic.Pictured below is my favorite, spicy chicken breast teriyaki with onions, red bell peppers, mushrooms, and green onions.
