I've gotten take out from her several times and the food is always well prepared and delicious. I like the chicken teriyaki the best but that is my go to. Friendly service, they're pretty busy and it makes sense why.
very cold and plain atmosphere customer service was okay food was good I've eaten at other branches of this place it all seems consistent within restaurants. Love their teriyaki sauce
I ordered the General Tso's chicken. Maybe it should be called Private Tso's chicken. Terrible sauce, unpleasant chicken. Service was great, very kind, helpful lady. I should have known when I walked in and it was completely empty at lunch time. Restaurant was clean and orderly. Food was awful. I won't go back to that one. The other Ichi's have been good.
