This IHOP used to be good. What happened? Only five customers in the place but food was lukewarm and service slow. Our server brought us two teaspoon sized packets of Tabasco Sauce for three people then disappeared. She only came back with the check as we were finishing. The pancakes are now about half the size they used to be. LAME

Is the staff spent half as much time looking after customers needs instead of chatting with each other it would have been nice. The food was very good once we got it. Probably won't be back because of the service or lack thereof.

As for the kitchen, it was disappointing that it took over 45 minutes to make a simple ham, eggs, hash browns breakfast. Although i don't know how many on line orders they may have had, with social distancing, every other table/booth was empty (so the dining room was possible half empty). We were seated near the lobby and didn't notice anyone waiting for to-go orders.Our server was Olga. She was very prompt and professional. Provided great service and check in on us often to make sure we were taken can we of. In these are trying and uncertain times, very appreciated her positive and friendly service.
