Will not go there again!
The booth seat had butter on it and the table was dirty, we had to clean it our selves.
Half of the silverware out of 4 settings was dirty.
The little coffee pot they left at the table had a piece of food on it (looked like hashbrowns?).
Waitress dropped a piece of bacon off plate when serving it but caught it between the plate, her arm and her shirt, she slid the plate down until the bacon fell back on the plate and then served it. 8-/
The food was ok but three meals and coffee (split plate with wife) cost $75 +tip.
Need to clean the place up and train staff better

The service was extremely slow. We waited at least 30 minutes after ordering before finally asking our server for a status update, while watching several tables around us receive their food and attention. Afterwards, the server made a show of explaining who was taking over while they went on break, which felt unnecessary.

We were never able to order more pancakes — even though they were bottomless — since no one bothered to check on us. Three of us did receive soda refills once, but that was before we got our food, and no one else was even offered the opportunity to order another drink or ask for water.

After another long wait, our check was randomly dropped off without any follow-up, and the server left without speaking to us. When the manager came to process our payment, we asked about a military discount. I believe we were given it, but I can’t say for sure since the receipts that were dropped off to sign were not itemized. Even the manager gave the impression that we were inconveniencing him just by asking.

To be fair, the food itself was good. However, the overall service experience overshadowed the positives. Unfortunately, we would not return to this location.

We had gone to the Vancouver Mall IHOP and our waiting around experience and long waits for food made us try the Salmon Creek IHOP location. Wow night and day service and no wait. Under the great leadership of Manager Kathleen (not sure if right spelling) this place ROCKS! The staff works at the level of her leadership. I commend her for having such a wonderful store that provided a great eating and dining experience. We drove farther to eat at this high performing store. it was worth the effort. Thanks Ben

Their menu in store boasts gluten free options but they do not offer them. Wasted my time waiting only to find out at ordering. Then I had to go find another place to eat after all that.

Food was ice cold (came out in less than five minutes, first clue), had zero flavor. Portion sizes are like for children, my hot chocolate “mug” was like a toddler cup.

This is the new location in our area. The store was very clean and the staff was friendly. Our food came out hot and timely. Staff made sure our drinks were always topped off and remembered the extra request on my order. We have started coming here a few times a month for family breakfast. Good job everyone.

We have ordered delivery/pick-up from this location multiple times and EVERY SINGLE TIME items are incomplete. Ordered cheesecake waffles, received plain waffles. Ordered fresh berry crepes, receive plain crepes. No cream cheese, no drizzle, nothing. I understand not putting those components on to-go orders to prevent food from getting soggy, but it’s not even packed separately in the bag. I know mistakes happen once in a while but this is EVERY TIME. What is most irritating about it is that we are not receiving what we pay for. Otherwise the food quality is fine. Most of our orders are cooked well, not burnt or greasy. Just infuriatingly incomplete.

If you decide to go don’t make any plans because you’ll be there for 2+ hours and 30 mins of that is waiting for the waitress to come and then another hour of that is waiting for the food….just for it to be cold…with hair in it..won’t be back

Everybody works so well together and everything ran very smooth.

Biggest rip off I’ve seen in a lonnnng time! Don’t ever ever ever order the strawberry crepes! You’ll get 4 crepes BUT One strawberry cut into 4ths!!! How the crap can they justify selling this to ppl and taking our hard earned money. Dead serious, it was one strawberry and they cut it into 4 tiny pieces!! I called the manager cuz I ordered it to go, and she just said sorry. IHOP has completely lost my business forever. I only went to IHOP for the strawberry crepes (cuz honestly you can get better eggs bacon omelette pancakes almost anywhere else) and now this is what they’re selling us???!!

Our food was cold, bacon was not totally cooked, wait staff never asked about the food, waitress did not bring the sugar free syrup she said she would bring, staff swept floor by our table while we were eating and nobody had spilled anything. Very disappointing- won't go back-
