The manager angel on site did not seem to care I actually sat in the drive-through for 20 minutes got a refund. Talk to the manager at the drive-through and he just said he really acted like he didn't care when I told him I was gonna call you he pretty much just said Oh well. This is the Jack in the Box in Ramona CA 92065 went there on a Saturday.
app isn't working to order food. I called to have it ready when I got there because I was on break. they said they would get it started. got there to pick and he didn't actually start the order. so no breakfast today. until the app is working I will just doordash my meals. :(
Got jack in the box today and ordered a breakfast jack. Half way through I crunched into something really hard only to discover a full eggshell in my food. (The picture only shows a little bit of it, the rest I had spit out) I have called multiple times and the manger hasn’t been available but at one point they said the manger tried to reach back out to me twice but I have no missed calls from them. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Very unprofessional and disgusting.
