I love this particular Jack in the box because the people there working are so sweet and kind the only thing it was a little bit disturbing was that there was ants by the soda machine other than that my food was cooked perfect everybody was smiling and happy and it was given to me very quickly blessings to all of you who cook my dinner

Just ate from there probably one of the nastiest fast food joints I've ever been to. -most tables were messy one literally had a whole tray of food -Soda dispenser was very messy and most of the sodas were empty plus no straws or napkins ice dispenser didn't work at all First time eating there probably gonna be the last I'd give it zero stars if I could.

Drive thru worker was very rude, hispanic guy. I think he may be a little slow so it's okay, but it's not an excuse to be rude to your customers. The lady with all the piercings was cool tho.

The order was incorrect after having to wait out front. I only found this out when I arrived home.I called the store to be told I'm wrong about what i had ordered and was hung up on tried calling back just to get hung up on multiple times

Geovonne was outstanding at the drive up. Pleasant..happy..awesome! Howecer..the eggrolls were gross and the taco special was grosser. Need to change grease and use fresh vegetables

It's ok. Don't know if they are still needing a few more employees but it was very, very slow. I talked to the guy at the drive-thru and there were only two workers. They had few people ordering inside, drive-thru, those doordash or grub hub orders. This was around 7:30pm.
