Diner style breakfast spot with limited seating and a few tables outside. It’s usually crowded on the weekends, which is when I went. Small wait and got seated fairly quickly cause we sat outside. Fairly expensive for breakfast but it’s good sized and it’s in a popular area. Pretty typical of what you’d experience at a diner.

We had such a lovely experience at Joe Brown’s! We got the crispy chicken wraps, and they were excellent. The chicken was crispy and flavorful, with a great mix of bacon, cheese, lettuce, and sauce. The portions are huge too. There’s only one wrap in the photo because I had already finished the other one before taking the picture 😂

I was shocked that the little hole in the wall cafe was so good. I come at 2pm and the food is great, service is quick and friendly. Feels like I am back in time when things were simple. Good food, nice servers, reasonable prices.
