I have never gotten a bad order from Kai Asian Street Food! It’s a small restaurant close by the Vancouver Mall and every time I order they make it ✨perfect✨.

I order pickup, a very spicy beef pad Thai with broccoli and their Thai iced tea.
It’s flavorful, juicy - I can’t stand dry noodles, their ratios are great with garnishes, and they make it just as spicy as I want it each time!
Also the way that they prepare the to go orders...

They are so good. We went there right before they closed and they were AMAZING! SOME OF YHE BEST THAI FOOD IVE HAD IN A LONG TIME!!! The place was clean, the staff was kind AND I watched them make my food even when they were past there time by 10 min. I'll be eating here again 100% and can't WAIT to try all there other meals!! love it!!! And VERY CLEAN!!!!!

Great pad tai with a good level of sauce. The pineapple rice has a good spread of flavor for the price point. Massaman curry was balanced and very savory. All together one of the best Thai places we’ve visited lately! We will be back! Only around 50 for 3 entrees and one drink.
Not a great place to sit and eat since they only have two picnic tables.
