We received no utensils, no napkins, no honey or butter....I ordered a 10 piece that came with 5 biscuits. You get one small bowl (half filled bowl of potatoes which were not mixed the powder was still in the wet) with 10 piece family meal š I went in to get mom a utensil She wanted to eat on the go. Both women standing at the drive thu stood looking at me at the counter, one takes a drink of her soda, and the other turned to the window... no one was there. I'm not sure we will go back. The coleslaw was delish tho.

If I could write a negative review I I would I do not recommend eating here we just spent over $100 here for dinner. The chicken was burnt we asked for two extra sides they were only one scoop we called and asked why are we spending $5 for one scoop and the lady was extremely rude.the food was extremely disgusting I love KFC but I would never ever ever ever order from this location don't bother calling them when you have a mistake cuz they're not going to help you. They need better management and give people a fresh chicken and the right prices good luck to ever how old is here. I was trying to send a picture it won't let me sorry stay away

They forget something in my order, 100% of the time. I actually canāt believe it happens every single time. I rarely bother going there, but tonight my kids wanted it, so we had ordered via uber eats. I thought just maybe, they do a double check of the orders. Well apparently they donāt. I was missing a large mashed potato, I ordered 2 and got one. I also ordered 4 biscuits and got 2. Ordered an individual mashed potatoes with a meal and didnāt get that. I got a refund via Uber for the things I didnāt receive, but thatās not the point. We still donāt have the food we ordered. I just think Iām done with this location. I canāt believe they are so incompetent. Itās not that hard to check in order to make sure everythingās in there. I know if theyāre doing it to me every single time theyāre doing it to many other others as well.

As a fried chicken connoisseur, I have to say that this is the worst KFC in the area. Iāve eaten here 3 to 5 times and not once have I not been dissatisfied. To quote reviewbrah āmy disappointment is unmeasurable and my day is ruined.ā First of all, the chicken is always super greasy, iām talking about wet and dripping with grease. This is not supposed to happen unless the chicken just came out of the fryer, but I doubt thatās the case, because of my next point. The chicken is always dark like they donāt change the oil as often as they should. This also happens no matter what time you go, be it noon, or evening it has always been dark, greasy chicken. The mac and cheese is also not creamy, instead thereās lumps as if the cheese mix was not prepared well. The coleslaw is watery which from my experience when I worked at KFC means that it is either old, or it was not made properly. I tell you, if I want KFC, Iād rather drive an extra 15-20 mins to the one in Hazel Dell or go eat some fried chicken from Safeway because this place is going to make me finally quit KFC.

They didn't get a print out of our orders and didn't give us our drinks. Had to wait for them and got the wrong drinks as well...
I was extremely disappointed because I wanted to get the new new bowls that they have for $5 each and when I went into the restaurant last night they proceeded to tell me that they didn't have any ingredients left to make anything they only had chicken on the bone which I do not eat so I was very upset I drove pretty far because there's not a KFC near where I live and I've had a previous incident the last time I went there in fact that they messed my order up they didn't know what they were doing didn't ask for help either so I had to ask for my drink cup they didn't put the right things in my son's meal and put the right things in my meal either. So I ended up having to call the manager when I got home cuz that's when I discovered my food was messed up and day after so they were going to make it right this that and the other and they sent me a $5 coupon in the mail like that was going to make everything better. I'm not fond of KFC, but they do have good french fries and they usually have some good promotional stuff going on.
