I’ve been told the East Vancouver location is the “good” killer burger and in my experience it’s true. The staff there are always very nice. My takeout order is ready when I walk in. Dine in is easy.
This place is brilliant and I love their food but places that only value their online pick up orders shouldn’t get the customer service award. Don’t come in 40min before close and expect to sit down and eat. The dining room shuts off at 930 supposedly. Which is total crap since we come here regularly and that’s not been the case. I do want to give a shout out to the lovely lady always cleaning at the end of the day. She has always been super kind.
And just when I thought Killer Burger couldn’t possibly outdo itself—boom! My recent order tasted like the burger gods themselves descended from the heavens, slapped on some bacon, and whispered “you’re welcome.” It was somehow even tastier than my last order, which I had already mentally ranked as “burger royalty.” I don’t know what kind of sorcery they’re using in that kitchen, but I’m convinced they’ve unlocked the fifth flavor dimension.
