Kung Fu Tea Vancouver Mall

When I went to Kung Fu for the 1st I thought I had found my favorite place for Boba but I was wrong, on my 2nd time I didn't have a good experience at all. I ordered Oreo Wow and it was so bad that it taste like just milk and so bad, I told the girl that didnt taste sweet or good at all and she was like ohh we run out of Oreo and Brown suggar and I was like how come you didn't mentioned that at all, I hoping to be able to change it for another thing but when I ordered green matcha I got charge and I was like really you are going to charge me for something that you couldn't make because didnt have enough of the correct ingredients, I payed for the 2nd one and I told my boyfriend we aren't coming here anymore at all.

kung fu tea never fails to provide the best experience! the atmosphere is so fun and the employees are so sweet! 10/10 recommend!

The service is good, but the drinks are disgusting, I have tried different drinks more than once and they are very tasteless

It's a really nice place and the menu is huge, but the coffee milk tea doesn't hit. It's almost bitter and not sweet enough. It is a liquid cardboard.
Nice place though, good location.

I didn't order anything but I really appreciated seeing how the girls working here work very quickly, and are very friendly. I came at closing time BTW

Firstly, atmosphere is great with good music and beautiful painted walls. I love how many options there are and how late they close. The only and main thing that frustrates me about this place near Vancouver mall is that the service is extremely slow. I placed an order at around 7:20pm. It said it should be done in 13-15min. We arrive at around 7:40 thinking it should already be done. Unfortunately, they said they are still working on it. It’s now 8:05pm and still waiting for our order so we asked if it’s ready yet and they said no, because they don’t have the bubbles. If there was something missing from our order, don’t you think to speak up and let the customer know who have been waiting patiently why the long delay? We watched multiple people take orders and pick up orders while we were pushed aside. It’s so frustrating because the service is a hit a miss and lately we’ve been having such bad luck. I love this place but other boba places around have much better customer service. They definitely rushed our orders because, both our drinks were bland and on top of that, all we got was “Yah we’re busy that’s why.” No apologies what so ever. The lack of service and no sympathy was extremely upsetting.

Honey lemonade was delicious and the young man behind the counter was so helpful. 10 out of 10!

There are a lot of bubble tea places out there but since moving to Vancouver this has been one of the best we have tried and they are open later than most others so it’s great for those late night cravings!
