I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at this boba shop. Not only did I get the wrong order, but the drink was awful, and the staff's attitude was unacceptable. This is not the quality or service I expect. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve, as this experience was far from satisfactory.

Kung Fu Tea is a great boba place! My favorite drinks are the cocoa cream wow and the strawberry milk slush. Service is kind, and the decor is nice. The employees play good music inside, too.

The shaker is meant to dilute and mix the thai tea powder in. Its not real thai tea. The people behind the counter don't really speak much and they put the oreo topping that's meant to go on the foam addition was placed where the Boba didn't come. Overall 1/10. Would never return again.

I love the drinks and the service here. Special mention must go to two guys named Brandon and Alex who took extremely good care of me. I came on a rainy day when everything was making me uncomfortable and these two guys served me with an irreproachable attitude. I wish I could work at KFT because of these great friends.

Giving two stars because I like the drinks but the service is absolutely terrible!! I went in on a Tuesday evening with my son and husband, we were literally and only people in the shop and we ordered 3 drinks. The girls behind the counter somehow messed up the order even though we were their ONLY customers at that time. I went back in and let them know I didn’t get what I ordered and they took my drink out of my hand insisting they would make a new one. After waiting, she hands me the new drink and it is wrong AGAIN! I let them know once again that the order was incorrect and they stood there staring at me; so I said it was fine and to just give me both drinks to mix together at home since both drinks each had one item I had ordered instead of being properly mixed together. She refused to let me have both drinks even though I told her my family was waiting for me outside and I had already waited, she actually made me wait longer as she made another drink then didn’t even seal the top right so it spilled on me when I drank it. Such rude service, I couldn’t believe it! We will not be returning to this specific location again.

So I am giving a 5 star review. Not because of the mocha. It honestly was not as good as I was hoping it would be. I am giving this review because of the overworked staff member who was working by their self. The day it happened was 12/23/2023. This staff member went above and beyond having my door dash order ready before I walked in the door served two other customers and still was able to serve me as I was thirsty and wanted something while I was there. I was only able to leave a 2 dollar tip but this person deserves a raise and or some kind of bonus. If you happen to stop in and see a short blonde staff member working by themselves please leave a few extra dollars they deserve it!
