I've never left here with something I didn't eat. Out of the 7-8 times I've ordered from here I've probably not finished what I ordered maybe one time because I was trying something new.
I had the poutine and ettoufee with shrimp and crayfish. This food is so good it almost felt like I was slapped in the face with flavor. I haven't had cajun this good since I lived in Nashville and was dating a cajun woman from deep in Louisiana. If you like cajun food, or are curious about it, you owe it to yourself to come here and give them a try.
Best cajun food cart that I've had in the Vancouver/Portland area. Great jambalaya, was impressed when I added crawfish how many tails they added to it. Will come back to try more of the menu on a different day.
