Thick-cut bacon, green leaf lettuce, sliced tomato, avocado, and a fried egg, stacked together on a freshly baked croissant. Finished with our house-made pesto aioli.
GH Grilled Wild Albacore Tuna Melt -
Wild Albacore tuna mixed with premium mayonnaise and finely chopped celery, onions, and carrots, then topped with tomato and melted cheddar cheese. Served on our fresh Provence sourdough bread.
GH Monte Cristo -
Smoked turkey, ham, Swiss, cheddar, pineapple, tomato, and mayonnaise layered on our sourdough bread. Stacked, dipped in egg batter, then grilled to golden brown. Served with raspberry jam and a side: green salad, potato salad, or fresh fruit. Our Cristo is cured for 24 hours to maintain its structure. NO SUBSTITUTIONS or CHANGES, please.

We had our breakfast here multiple times and we always enjoyed the great fresh baked croissants with raspberry jam, the fruit plate as side of the order was delicious and fresh. They change the menu once a while but mostly similar. We like the booth seats and occasionally seated at the porch table when the weather was great. The staff was helpful; but they could be busy and need to be patient to get their attention, not a big deal unless you are in a hurry.

One of the best breakfast and brunch spots in the Vancouver area. An absolute gem and a must-go. The service is always top tier and the menu is wonderfully crafted with a. Great breadth of savory and sweet options.

Beautiful location, tons of seating, excellent service and GIANT portions both times I have come here.

First visit I had the salmon benedict with potatoes/squash. Not my favorite, but I could tell there was a lot of love and thought put into the combo with the dill hollandaise, and the side was cooked perfectly; crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, excellent texture and consistency.
