Stopped by there yesterday with my mom, and the S'mores cookie I had was so good (Also my first time I had one!) The gal taking our orders was really nice. Will come back again another time. The outdoor setting was very nice, and cute.
This spot is super cute, close to where I can spend a bit of time in the morning, and almost comfortable… maybe they don’t like anything above 68°(?).
I’m there early, and if I stay a while, it’s busy around 9:00/9:30, and I usually feel the urge to leave: it’s crowded, loud, and seating is limited in the cooler months.

This is the only coffee place in our neighborhood, which is the only reason why we occasionally to come back. Every time we do, if we want to sit outside, we have to ask them to unlock the seats to have a table outside. The food and coffee are OK but it’s often not worth the half an hour wait.
