Lindo Mexico Restaurant & Cantina

Just to start. 4/5 to me is a good average restaurant and a 3 is still good. That being said - service was great! Very friendly, great music, and quick. Restaurant needed some cleaning as it was a bit dirty in corners. Food was average, table all had different plates, portions are small.

My favorite Mexican restaurant in town. Every time I come here the service is friendly, speedy, and accurate. My mom came into town and wanted Mexican food and this was my immediate suggestion.

I ordered the tamales with mole sauce. Perfect mix of both my favorites! Next time I’m in the area, I will be sure to stop again.

I would suggest that you never go there before 4 or at least when Erik is your server. He apparently knew people at the table by us and totally ignored our table. We waited on drink refills and tortilla refills for over 20 minutes, when there were only 3 tables at the restaurant. In my opinion he is a horrible server and should be fired, will never go back there when he is working.

Got enchiladas and the sauce tasted weird..almost like cinnamon. When I went to pay..completely embarrasing!!! Tried to pay with a hundred dollar bill and the waiter totally shamed me! He said we don't have change for that..you have to use card. I explained that I didn't have enough on my card and I asked where it said they don't accept that bill. He said the las 3 people paid with that and they were out of change..he said I had to get change and acted like this was my problem. He totally made me feel like crap and was looking at my friends to pay for me..unreal!!! I was about to walk out I was so embarrassed then he suddenly came up with change. I will NOT be returning which is sad because I've been going since it was Mexico Lindo at the Garrison Square location. The food has changed and this waiter was so rude. Erik was on my receipt. I tried to call to let the manager know of my experience and I tried for hours with no one answering. Would love to speak to the owner regarding this matter.

Eric is AMAZING, does it all, friendly, fast and always checks up on you. The food is wonderful, fresh and always prepared as ordered. Thanks Eric!!

Portion sizes are very generous and flavor is excellent. However, it's not the cleanest place. We had to ask for new menus and new plates because both had obvious bits of dried and stuck on food. Makes me wonder about the hygiene in the kitchen. However the food is great with lots of variety on the menu.

They are amazing!! Their service, food, drinks, and music is amazing. I had my rehearsal dinner there and it was the best experience ever!!! Every bite is delicious and the staff is so friendly and attentive. Best Mexican food ever in Vancouver!!! I love this place!!
