I never knew a place of business would have the moto of the rudest poor excuse for customer service but man this place brought it! Baffled really and I'm questioning the last time they cleaned. Hardcore need a retrain in communication, attitude and professionalism in the work place or get out of the way for people that would appreciate having a job. There was no welcoming environment and they had their headphones with no sort of music outside of their own little worlds. The pizza wasn't proofed nearly long enough and the customer before us even kindly tried to communicate it with nothing but attitude and entitlement in return. Wouldn't even bother.

So, hot and ready is on the door, but they tell you its gonna take 40 minutes for a pizza, and if you try to call ahead they dont answer the phone. Got it. š

The staffer here this morning was alone but her mood was nearly infectiously happy, her service was exceptional, and she made me want to return just for how much she seemed to enjoy what she was doing.

We went in there and they didnāt even ask if we were ordering or anything or didnāt say thank you for coming in or anything super disrespectful and We donāt want cheese and she was like āso you want cheeseā we sad āNOā cheese please she said we canāt do that whatever comes with it comes with it, so we asked her You just grab it out of the freezer and cook it then? She didnāt respond⦠I donāt do reviews but this place was a joke.

The young black lady was sitting on her phone having a VERY inappropriate conversation on the phone didnāt acknowledge me for about 20 mins! But that wasnāt the problem the problem was I saw her drop my whole pizza on the floor and still put it in the box sheās a disgusting employee and a embarrassment to the company you guys need to do better !!!

So I just tried calling this place for half an hour and was hung up on three times. When I got here, an employee was standing taking selfies of themselves at the counter.

Spendy 20 dollars for a pizza soaked in salt. This is unreal, whoever made this pizza needs help because are they blind or just rude and don't want to work? Not enjoyable waste of money. Also to top it off no one answers the phone so I can speak to a manager... Stay away from this location.
The app is a bit distinctional, but the food is good.
Its our go to for fast pizza without a wait usually.

Other reviews saying this place is racist and denying customers service when they are open just bc its getting close to closing? If you don't want to sell pizza then close up shop for good. Nobody is forcing you, excise your free will, the same way you did when you decided to be trash at your job, and quit.
Also the drinks arrived warm, like they were never placed in a cooler at all. I had to recut the pizza myself too, i guess that much is also a hassle for them.
Really seems like they don't want their job and maybe they shouldn't have it based off performance.
Product, service, and RACISM???? considered, this place deserves to go under. Do better or do away with yourselves.
