This place never fails my partner and I. I’m absolutely obsessed with their General Tso’s chicken and crab puffs. It’s so comforting and they are SO generous with their portions.
The service is always so friendly and I’m always greeted with warm smiles. The staff is another reason why I keep coming back.
Recently I came in and saw they had a new dessert on the menu. So now I get amazing Chinese AND a house-made basque cheesecake?? Wow.

This is the worst Chinese food we have ever eaten. We are senior citizens and have tried many Chinese restaurants in the past the egg foo yong was very dry. The orange chicken tasted just like chicken skin and no chicken. We will never try this restaurant again.

I have been looking for a place to get good Chinese food. And I finally found it, I used to come to this location when it was a different name with different people, an hero, almost everyday. Now, I can see that I am going to be back here everyday good job to the cooks and to the server, very good food. I had the Kung pao, lunch, special and big portions and great taste, thank you.

The food here is tasty and reliable—exactly the kind of classic Chinese food you want—but the customer service is what truly sets Lucky House apart. It is rare to find a place where the staff is this genuinely warm and welcoming. On our first visit, the person taking our order over the phone was so friendly; they asked if it was our first time and then surprised us by throwing a bunch of free food into our bag just to be nice. On our next visit, my husband was struggling to navigate the menu to get exactly what he wanted. Instead of making him stick to the rigid meal combos, they were incredibly patient and just asked him what he wanted. They created a custom deal for him on the spot and charged us a very reasonable price. It is clear they actually care about their customers and want them to have a good experience. While the food is good, that level of kindness and the neighborly way they treat people is the reason we keep coming back.

The only reason that they are not getting the full 5 stars is because they should serve lunch on the weekends as well as the weekdays. The lunch combo is the best deal for your money, and the diner combos are all twice as expensive for the same amount of food.

Hidden gem! Great food, great service. Nice decor too. I got the House LoMein that contained veggies, chicken, pork, beef, and shrimp. All the meats were very tender, and noodles were cooked perfectly. I added chili oil and the flavor was spectacular! Even the fortune cookies were delish. Prices are good, and they have lots of options for combinations if that’s what you’re looking for. Though it seems so simple, oftentimes I’m disappointed with the steamed white rice at Chinese places, but here they excelled. There were some teens working the FOH, and they were very attentive, friendly, and helpful. Passed by the owners on the way out and they too were delightful. 10/10 would recommend. Enjoy!
