I was in the restroom trying to see if the stall was empty, and I didn’t know there was a guy in there and he comes out of the stall almost tries to kill me. This happened on October 29th 2025.

Customer service was a little short and rude, however the location of this McDonald's deals with a lot of homeless and difficult customers I'm sure it is a stressful location to work at

Close to no wait in drive thru. All the food was fresh and hot. Our order was accurate. The employee helping us was real cool and professional especially after i forgot to order an item i needed.We were visiting from out of town and stopped here before hitting the freeway and he didnt make me go through the drive thru again for the item. I was pleasantly surprised.

Would you like some McRib with your barbecue sauce? This was so unnecessary. I get it. You're moving fast and things aren't perfect but...that it wasn't that busy and there was just a gallon of sauce covering this thing. The bread was soggy and floppy. I could not pick this up without getting my whole hand disgusting because of the sauce sheer volume of sauce the sandwich was swimming in. This is ridiculous. The exhaustion I feel, you had to put more effort into making it this bad. I like to get a mcrib once a year I rarely go to McDonald's but this is just freaking embarrassing.

My last time coming here. Haven’t been to a McDonald’s in a little over a year, when I used to go here, my orders were always simple and small, yet busy or not, 9/10 they always have me pull up because my order isn’t ready… finally went today, ordered 2 Mc-chickens and a medium fry with one Mc-chicken having two patties. Though everyone in front got their orders at the drive thru, I had to wait and got home to see they never gave me two patties on the one sandwich I paid more for.

Honestly this place is not great. Long wait times for food. When you do get your food, high likelihood that your food is wrong. I literally just left after ordering a double quarter pounder with cheese and bacon. I received a single patty burger without bacon.

I went to this McDonald's site on 4th plain drive thru for 1st time, young guy at window 1 very polite with smile and have a good day, which was returned, same with both people at window 2 polite smile and have a good day, which was returned. I got a egg mcmuffin and a mocha, both good. This was nice to have on a Saturday morning, no stress, no food pushed at you through window real fast. Nice I won't think twice about going back.

I want to take a moment to recognize Veronica, the manager at this McDonald’s, for her exceptional leadership and customer service. Even on a busy, high-pressure day, she demonstrated calm professionalism and a clear commitment to keeping things running smoothly.

Veronica goes above and beyond to ensure both customers and employees feel supported. She was attentive to guests, proactive in solving problems quickly, and set a great example for her team by staying positive and focused. It was clear she truly cares about the experience customers have here, as well as the well-being of her staff.

What stood out most was her ability to handle challenges with grace and efficiency. That kind of leadership doesn’t go unnoticed — it makes a huge difference in the atmosphere of the restaurant.

McDonald’s is lucky to have someone like Veronica in a management role. She represents the brand well, and I look forward to returning to this location knowing it’s in such capable hands.
