My son went into this McDonald’s last night to get some food. He had $8 in quarters and they refused his payment because his girlfriends hairspray leaked on them. He offered to go into the bathroom and wash them and they said no they refused his payment. When I called in the manager had zero respect or courtesy and even hung up on me when I asked why he wasn’t able to wash off the quarters. Seems insane they will let the homeless sit in their lobby asking people for money but won’t take some quarters for a young kid to eat.

I ordered two basic breakfast sandwiches, 2 sausage mcmuffin..... what I opened was two egg Patty's and bread. The driest breakfast I've ever eaten.. I immediately called the store and talked to a manager named Jennine.. She was Increadilbly helpful n telling me I could receive a meal replacement considering the un edible order I received. There was no way I could turn around and come get it replaced because I was already on the highway headed to my appointment. She wrote my name down and said I could come on for a replacement. Today was 1 day later and Some bearded manager told me that he would not be able to replace breakfast mistakes with lunch... I find it Increadilbly frustrating that he didn't have any concern for my story... just a opps come back in the morning.. I live across town in hazel dell and can't just turn around everytime mcdonald's messes up a simple breakfast order. Mcdonald's is a multi billion dollar fast food restaurant.. nobody was trying to scam anyone. He even mentioned my name was on the mistake order list but could do nothing to help me, even though I know he could, he just didn't want too..he was also Increadilbly rude to the cashier next to him.. "Don't interrupt me!" While he asked him a simple question about another Guy's order... he was already not listening to me and I feel bad for anyone that has to work under him.. Bad management ruins company's. My take is, when you screw up a person's order you take OWNERSHIP of that mistake and don't Make an already frustrating situation more frustrating. Good luck.. I won't be back...
