when i order a BACON mcdouble with ketchup only, it’s supposed to still have bacon on it. sorry but why would i order a BACON mcdouble and want no bacon on it? i would’ve ordered a regular mcdouble. read your orders correctly. if i wanted no bacon, i would’ve said so.

25 years! We go to McDonald’s every year to get our HAPPY MEAL on our anniversary and this year the entire order was WRONG!
They have one job and it’s to listen and get your order right!

I ordered a regular cheeseburger with no pickles and mustard, and a spicy snack wrap. My wraps tortilla was all ripped up and sauce was all over it and the burger came with pickles and mustard. It wasent busy and this is a consistent problem with this mcdonalds. Coming from someone in a food service background this is just plain laziness. Very disappointed again!!! Won't be coming back and suggest u stay away aswell!

They’d have more customers if the City of Vancouver had the intellectual depth necessary to remove the car destroying speed bumps installed in the main street connecting it to 164th Ave.

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for years. I’ve enjoyed getting the hot fudge sundae to share with my son, a sweet little weekly outing that’s somehow always made paying over $5 for a couple of spoonfuls of soft serve feel almost justifiable. One major plus? Their ice cream machine was never mysteriously “down,” which is practically legendary in McDonald’s lore. Unfortunately today was different. As I got to the drive through window to pick up my order, I was handed a sundae so tragically underfilled it looked like it had commitment issues. I asked the worker if he could top it off, assuming someone just got in a rush and didn’t finish filling it. But instead, I was informed that management instructed him not to fill sundaes all the way. Bro. What? A toddler-sized fist of ice cream for over $5? At this point, I’m just paying for disappointment. Sadly, our sundae tradition ends here. So long McDonald’s.
