Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Yummy.

My daughter and I frequent this location constantly. The staff is friendly. The building and the restrooms are both well maintained. Everything is clean. The fro yo is delicious!

The girl at the front was super rude. My brother grabbed a spoon not realizing someone had already grabbed one for him so he set it down. The girl goes “UM” and snatched it out of the cup. I understand it may be an issue for sanitary stuff but the matter in which it was handled was unprofessional and really snarky.

My husband loovvves this place. We drive almost half hour just to get frozen yogurt. And when we do he calls his family to meet up with us

Why would you not have the peanut butter flavor all the time… Anytime I come in and it not available it blows my mind. I think most men can agree.

I go in, get my cup, choose my yogurt, dispense it myself, add toppings myself. I put it on the scale to be weighed, they calculate the price, put a screen before me, I tap my phone… and there is a tip option. I can see Starbucks and tips because they actually make your drink. But if I’m doing self-serve? Very off putting.

This place was wonderful. Super clean, fresh toppings and the service was awesome! It was really busy and the guy that was working was so kind, took time to help with questions ect. Amazing!

Pretty decent Fro Yo. Decent toppings, but the one thing I love on my fro yo is cereal. They had zip. And the tiny cheesecake bites I settled for I didn't like at all. Meh. Will come back because it's the closest option, but if I had a different one I'd go there.

I'm not the one to complain about small things. But what I will say is this Menchies is very overpriced and service is mediocre. 🤦‍♂️

The caucasian manager is very rude. He nearly refused my service animal into the place. What will a bunny do? Lol. I have ptsd and bring my service animal to calm me down. What a miserable man. The other female manager is nice.

Very impolite staff. It was our first time visiting, we just wanted to meet with relatives and have a quiet time, but the staff was so rude that we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. I won’t go into details, but I do not recommend this place, especially for those with children.

Awesome come see Menchie’s for some great frozen yogurt!! Such a good team building food!

We are visiting from out of state and happened to stop by after an appointment. WOW- this Menchie’s is so much nicer than our one back home. Super Clean. Kind staff. Great place.

Our kids love coming here, always have great flavors and variety of toppings.

Staff was kind and friendly.

Kylie was awesome. They need more friendly workers like her. We have been in many times before, but she talked the most and had the best attitude and good customer service. She needs a raise
