Yummy food but terribly rude service from a girl with short hair and a nose ring. Probably the worst customer service I've had in awhile. Very cold, unfriendly, and short with us. Got the window slammed shut in our faces right when she handed us the food.Vegetarian options: Soy curls are the best.

Oh if you haven't tried Mighty bowl, you NEED to!! I moved away from Vancouver and sometimes drive 25 minutes and cross the border just to get my Mighty fix!! I love the Kiggins bowl... and to lessen the kick a little, I also add the cilantro lime sauce as well. YUM!!!

I love mighty bowl. My go to for when I want something fast and yummy and love that's it's close to my work for convince. However the last three times I have gone to the food cart the person helping me is beyond uninviting and short. The downtown location is so welcoming and kind. I now won't be going to the food cart anymore as I feel like I bother her and the bowls aren't even full compared to how downtown makes them. I shouldn't be made to feel like an inconvenience. I even tip every time in hopes her attitude will change but even seeing the 20% she makes my bowls and slides the glass closed as fast as she can without even saying anything.

Customer service was terrible. Placed an order online and when I arrived, the trailer was closed up and it looked like no one was there. Apparently they had a broken water pump which put them behind (of course I dont blame them for that), but no note or anything to let customers know something was up. Since I had already paid online, I called the number on the confirmation email which was to a different location. They were able to tell me someone was on-site & trying to set up, but nothing about what I should do or if I should even try waiting when I asked. A few minutes later they opened and the staff member was completely curt and rude. I'm sure she was frustrated with the issue that morning, but she was very unprofessional with me and the several other customers who were waiting. Once my order was ready, she handed me everything separately (several items) and didn't offer a bag to carry it all in or anything. When I asked for one, she handed it to me and walked away so I had to balance everything awkwardly on the little ledge to try to pack it myself. Very long and frustrating experience. I will not be returning to this location, and may be done with Mighty Bowl at this point.Follow up:I received an incredibly defensive and accusitory response from the owner of this business following my review which was completely unprofessional. They were clearly upset and did not know how to handle a negative response from a customer without pushing opinion, repeating excuses, and trying to make me feel terrible for an honest review. I will not be returning, and I urge them to reconsider how they handle negative reviews in the future. Instead of swaying me to reconsider my review, their behavior only worsened the situation.

Good healthy food. Clean venue with outdoor seating. Service is ok but not great expect some wait time to get your order in and back. Advice hire people who can hussle and like dealing with customers. We did not feel appreciated.
My pregnancy craving has been mighty bowl the last couple weeks so today I drove here all the from Tacoma and they were closed….. Online it says they are open till 8 and on their website as well. Very disappointing. What a waste of a 4 hr drive.

Always have loved eating at Mighty Bowl, it is super delicious.Unfortunately, today experience was over showed by the gal in the truck. She was visibly not in a good mood. Perhaps the heat? (Definitely not swamped, I was the only person in line at 2:30PM on a Thursday) She didn’t say hello, opened the window took my order and just told me it was $30 for two bowls and closed the window. I went back about seven minutes later and had to knock on the window to get her attention, I could see our bowls through the window.. she open the window handed them to me and said nothing. AND I still tipped her.Anyway, if I was the business owner I’d want to know.
