I love mighty bowl and order from both the restaurant and the truck regularly. The food from the truck is very inconsistent, which is frustrating. Sometimes it’s as good as it usually is, other times it’s inexplicably not good - either way smaller than usual or significantly less protein, or soggy and everything seems old/bad. For the price, that’s really not cool and I wish they could figure it out, it’s super convenient and healthy, and I’d love to keep supporting...
I got the Evergreen Bowl. It was tasty, filling, and well-rounded/healthy compared to other restaurant options in the area. The order was ready promptly and the person that helped me was super nice. As for the atmosphere: It's a food truck, so it's what you'd expect and I have zero complaints about that.
The food here is amazing, I personally love their burritos. Everything here is well priced and give a good amount of food. Parking is decent but can get fully because of all
The restaurants in one small area. The customers service is excellent and always welcoming. I would likely recommend trying this place. The wait time isn’t too bad 5-10mins depending on the day and time
