Many of us used to go here often when we were pre-teenagers all the way up to when they closed down due to what ever it was that caused them to close.
Driving by many times over the recent years seeing the doors closed and the building dark, i would reflect on the countless times sitting there eating my burritos while having many conversations with Ophelia (Mom/Grandma Original Owner) as she would come out and sit with customers when she wasn't cooking.

Back in the day, before the fire closed them for decades, Miguel's was a local institution. We'd sneak off campus at lunch for the glorious tacos, burritos and tostada's. I'll chalk up my memories to an unsophisticated palate. Their service has always been top notch and the staff is inviting. Love the place. I really miss the mom that used to run the place. She was the hi light of the place. And will be missed full hearted. The new people are doing a great job. I hope they are related. They are close to mom's cooking. Mom is a 10 star cook. That's two 5 stars
