This little hidden gem is wonderful. I've tried 3 Hawaiian restaurants in Washington and now this food truck. Hands down Hawaiian Soul is killin' it. They far surpass the restaurants. We're looking forward to trying more on the menu but for lunch/dinner today we tried Kalua Pig plate, Huli Huli Chicken plate, spam musubi, kimchi and both of the desserts.
