This food truck has been part of my regular takeout rotation ever since I tried them out a couple summers ago. Super friendly folks, great food at a reasonable price. I've tried just about every plate they have and they're all good, but my go-to is the Chicken Katsu, and I'll usually pick up one or two Spam musubis. Love the mac salad - I hadn't had it with chopped green onions before but now I really like it that way, especially with some teri sauce drizzled...

This is a truly AUTHENTIC Hawaiian food kart. It’s not Americanized, it’s not changed to be better for everyone, it’s truly authentic. And I love it! I will absolutely be back, with cash!

I had the loco moco, and Mac salad. Both were absolutely amazing! Super friendly staff, that are happy to be there, and happy to be cooking. I now love this place more than any other Hawaiian in the area!

Food is authentic and delicious! Chicken was cooked to perfection, mac salad was the bomb, and the lilikoi cheesecake was divine! Definitely one of the best Hawaiian meals we’ve ever had - and we’ve been to Hawaii multiple times - so that’s really saying something!
