Wonderful pizzas made to order! I love the bar of toppings and sauces to choose from. The staff were friendly and inviting. I had the 11-inch pie, though it looks like I would have just been fine with the 6-inch as I ended up taking half home for lunch tomorrow.
Parking was easy. It's a big lot, although I bet during peak hours it likely gets quite full.

I go to a lot of quick service/fast food places. MOD Pizza is consistently great. Even when there's a line, it's quick. And it's really good. People are nice, and they have a good selection of ingredients to choose from, including fresh basil. The salads are really good too. And as a non-boozer, they have my favorite drink blood orange san pelligrino.

Never enough people working here. Every time I come in there’s a line of 5 or more people waiting to order and only one person putting pizzas in the oven/cashing people out and one person making pizza. It isn’t efficient.

Not sure what happened tonight. I ordered online and asked for green bell peppers and black olives on my pizza. I get home to find not even a handful of requested toppings on my pizza. They didn’t even make an effort to distribute them evenly over the pizza. Really disappointing.

I ordered my food at it said it would be ready at 8:56 (about 15 minutes after I placed the order) and I got there after it was meant to be ready and they hadn't started it so I didn't get my food until 9:07 and I didn't get my coupon for a free cake didn't go through. I ordered specially because of the free cake and because I was told it would be fast. It would have apparently been faster to order while in the store. I work at Mcdonalds and they have higher standards for take out than this. The people seemed nice though. Food tasted good, but I didn't get the correct toppings.
My family and I absolutely love Mod! I've only had a couple times out of the hundreds that ide had any issue and those times weren't with the pizza or them, it was the delivery service that messed up. Regardless if the mistakes wasnt they're fault, MOD has always immediately made it right and have always gone above and beyond to ensure I was happy. They've stayed open late to remake my pizza twice before,they've refunded me and still remade my pizza and then even toss in extra free no name cake or 2. The store across from Fred Myers near Mill Plain,forget the road it's on, but they have the most uplifting positive energy vibes in there. Every employee genuinely seems happy to be there, I've never been to any pizza joint with a happier crew 😊. If I'm in a crappy mood trying to get my kid a late dinner after being at work since 7am and it's like 10:50pm, I seriously leave there with a bomb pizza and a smile everytime just with how they talk to me and make me feel welcomed, appreciated and cared for. Sounds cheezy but I i cant thank them enough for how helpful they've been for me and my son who come in like once a week. I honestly will order a MOD pizza just because im having a bad day, cus I know they'll share theyre positive energy and lift my spirits up within seconds of walking into theyre store. I can come home smiling w a delicious 🍕 pizza and in a good mood for my kid. Oh and they have the best affordable prices for pizza thats made right, over a fire with fresh dough & toppings.
Kid-friendliness: Theyre super cool with kids, very personable and will chit chat with your kiddo while making your pizza. Very family friendly,they have a really nice clean indoor dinning space as well as umbrella covered patio table's out front too. Always well kept and clean.

Wasn’t going to review because nothing remarkable happened but I went to look at the website and saw that someone commented a discriminatory remark about one of the employees working. I happen to have interacted with (who I assume to be, based on description) the same employee, who was incredibly helpful. Sure, every place has its issues, but I never got the idea that that employee, or any others, were rude or unprofessional?
Shame on google for allowing discriminatory remarks to stay up, necklaces and such have no impact on one’s behavior. Review about the food and the restaurant and leave it at that, some people must get a kick out of being cold to others that they might not understand.

I watched people who were in line behind me get numerous pizzas before me to the point where by the time I got one served it was already cold. Employees look completely unprofessional. The guy who cashed me out was wearing an actual dog collar. Bewilders me why the business would want these people (who wear dog collars) to represent their brand/company
