The service is never great .. and most recently instead of offering to give my money back after completely messing up my order the person “trace” or “Tracey” (didn’t quite catch the name) decided she wanted to argue with me and catch an attitude. Coming from someone who works in food service, it’s not coming out of your paycheck… I don’t understand the need to be hostile when I not only was I not rude at all but my pizza was legit completely wrong .. like please work someone else if you’re gonna sick here and argue with the guests when you’re the one who messed up.

They even had cauliflower crust, was amazing! I'll just say I WISH there was a MOD Pizza near me, because I would be ordering from there every weekend!!

The taste is great! There are a lot of topping options. I really wish that the pizzas came in larger sizes, esp for the price. The pickup was easy, the workers friendly.
