I've taken my kids to Fuji's since my 19 year old's 1st birthday.
It's still so fun to take them, and enjoy our time together. The chefs are fun to talk to, very impressive to watch, and they are very careful to serve exactly what you order.
There was no wait for a grill table when we arrived. The server took our orders and brought out salads. My husband ordered some sushi and said it was good and you could tell it was made to order. The food was ok not great. Teppanyaki style is my favorite to eat but there was no real show as he prepared the meal and it was not as good of quality as usually get at similar places.
This place is AMAZING! The fish is the best I’ve had anywhere in Oregon or Washington. Sauces are amazing too.

Fuji's Dough & Ramen is a treasure trove of a restaurant, offering fresh and delicious food. The ramens, like the garlic ramen and chashu ramen, are rich, flavorful, and hot, with tender char-siu and a near-perfect soft boil egg, though the noodle can be too soft. Other highlights include the sweet creamy scallop, flavorful gyoza, and incredibly fresh sushi and mussels. The angry dragon specialty roll is also noted. Some items, like the onigiri and softshell crab, are more average. The service is excellent, quick, and super friendly in a very chill environment. It is a great addition to the local scene, moderately priced with fair beer, and is highly recommended.
