My daughter and I had a nice lunch at Fuji's Dough & Ramen in Vancouver. We didn't have to wait for seating upon arrival. The staff was very friendly and quick to take our drink order. They had some unique themed specials that appear to rotate every few weeks or maybe monthly? The sushi was delicious! The Takoyaki was far superior to what most local places offer. We will definitely be back!
Finally a great ramen spot in Vancouver. Broth here makes all the difference - deep, rich, flavorful. I had the Hell Ramen (wish it was a little more spicy as advertised but still very good) and my wife had the Garlic Ramen. As she was putting away her leftovers she said she was already excited to eat it for lunch the next day. Staff was super nice and friendly as well.
We ordered the karaage, takoyaki, hell ramen, dynamic roll, and hirake roll. Everything was really good. The karaage was juicy and extra crunchy. Love all the toppings in the ramen, Chashu was delicious! Ramen was not spicy tho. Sushi rolls were yummy.
They also gave us free edamame to start, which was a nice. The staff was friendly and attentive. We’ll definitely be back.
