It is simply a hidden gem! We live just across the street but haven’t tried this place for a long time. I now regret it! This place has probably the best pulled pork sandwich I have ever tried. Fantastic food, fantastic service, and fantastic prices! I go here at least once or twice a month now.
We ordered 2 pork butts and 3 racks of ribs from him for a party- everyone said it was hands down the best bbq they had ever had. The ribs fell off the bone and melted in your mouth, the pulled pork had the absolute perfect level of juice and smoke…and the sauce he made was drinkable lol!
The Rib Joint seemed to have the best reviews. I got a hold of Rome and explained that we would need the food by 8:20 on a Sunday.
We had the family reunion today for 40 people and everyone went home happy.
The food was delicious and he went above and beyond to make our reunion a success ♥
