The owner here is wonderful. Its a cute space where things are cooked right to order. I got a special and my parents got pizza on the menu. This place is delicious. Parking was difficult but thats not their fault
The pizza was good and they use local great ingredients. The pizza dough wasn't done. It was cooking so hot that the crust was doughy and not done on the inside, but had a great char On the outside. The restaurant was also very uncomfortably hot. I would not wanna ever sit down and eat. There, maybe in the wintertime, it would be nice. But that's about it. The gentleman working was very monotone, and I could not understand his vibe. He almost seemed inconvenienced, but...
Y'all are sleeping on this place. Easily one of the best Neapolitan style pizza places in the Portland metro. Great airy crust and flavorful sauces make this 🤌 Caesar has actual anchovies and an amazing lemon curd like dressing. (If your caesar doesn't have anchovies what are you even doing!??)
