Not bad if you're at the Mall and you want something quick. The food does not have much flavor and after sitting in the warming tray it's rarely as hot as I'd like it.
I waited awhile before anyone acknowledged me and I think it's stupid that they still have a sign up when they have discontinued an item I asked why is it still up? She said they keep the sign up until the new item comes.
Got there right at 11am when they opened. Mall location. Orange chicken was room temperature. I asked, "Was this made this morning, or a batch heated up from last night?" The older Asian lady with a strong accent said everything is made fresh. She said, not hot, eh? Didn't offer to heat it up or make any kind of gesture of customer pleasing.
