I was placing an order online. My order wasn’t processing correctly so I swiped out and started again, that order went through. I then get a call from PM’s saying I had two identical orders, did I want both. I thought it was great that PM’s team did just assume I wanted both, but they called to confirm! Well tnd first order went through showing I had two. Way to go PM’s. Ben would be proud!
